It is possible with a regular life style that consists of healthy food and some physical exercise. People have become weight conscious. They know how important it is to have a perfect body and a good health. Thus every one wants to look fit and for this people try their level best and get into stuff that enhances weight loss. There are many weight loss programs that include dieting and exercising on regular basis. Many people also want to rely on weight loss pills. But how effective these pills may be? If there were a magic pill that would melt the pounds while you could still eat cheeseburgers and be a couch potato, we wouldn't have a nation of obese adults and children. Are you endangering your own life by being overweight or obese? Health experts say that if your waistline exceeds 35 inches (if you are female) or 40 inches (in male), then you are increasing your risk for heart disease, diabetes, and other dangerous health issues. So what are you going to do about it? Many people are able to take control of their lifestyle and diet and are able to become healthier and happier. Many weight loss drugs are available in the market. Weight loss drugs are beneficial because they reduce the health risks in obese individuals who are able to lose weight. For example, recent studies have shown that by losing weight, one can ensure themselves lower blood pressure, lower blood cholesterol, and lower triglycerides (fats), as well as decreased insulin resistance. There are also several disadvantages to using weight loss drug that might perhaps outweigh the benefits. First of all, there are many dangerous side effects of using weight loss drug. Side effects include sleeplessness, nervousness, euphoria, elevations in blood pressure and pulse spotting, gas with discharge, urgent need to go to the bathroom, oily or fatty stools, an oily discharge, increased number of bowel movements, inability to control bowel movements, and primary pulmonary hypertension. Additionally, there is the possibility that an individual using a weight loss drug could become dependent on it, or their body could build up a tolerance to the drug. Finally, most users of weight loss drug tend to regain the weight that they lost after they stop taking the weight loss drug because they were not required to learn healthy eating habits while losing weight; thus, they are unable to maintain their healthy weight. A weight loss drug is not for everyone. If you only need to lose ten pounds, then you should not take a weight loss drug. Additionally, if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, have a history of drug or alcohol abuse, have a history of an eating disorder, have a history of depression or manic depressive disorder, use antidepressant medications, have migraine headaches requiring medication, have glaucoma, have diabetes, suffer from a heart disease or heart condition, suffer from high blood pressure, or are planning to have surgery that requires general anesthesia, then a weight loss drug is not the right choice for you.
