One of the most popular forms of candy made with green tea is mints. This is a more delicious way to take in the benefits of this very popular natural source of nutrients.

Gums have a similar effect as mints. They can be chewed throughout the day and they usually contain one serving of green tea per one or two pieces.

Cosmetics

A variety of different useful green tea products have been made into cosmetic products. For example, numerous moisturizing shampoos contain or are made with this very special ingredient. Facial cleansers, body washes, and creams often use this ingredient as well.
