Goji Berries & Wolf Berries – What’s the difference?

You should not mistake Goji Berries for Chinese Wolf Berries.  They are totally different.  Some companies have started selling wolfberries as goji berries since the market has started to demand them, but they are lying!  They are using misleading marketing tactics.  Wolfberries do not contain as many health benefits as Goji Berries.  Wolfberries are still health fruits, but Goji Berries are super fruits, which should be placed on a whole new level.

The Tibetan Goji Berry is grown on pure and uncontaminated soil from ancient pollutants or pesticides.  The antioxidant qualities are not in Chinese wolfberries.  Wolfberries are usually grown in an area which is contaminated with pesticides, and pollutants.  The pesticides which get into Chinese wolfberries can damage them and take away the good from them, which is another reason why Tibetan Goji Berries are better.

We strive for the best through special agreements with The Botanical Institute of Tibetan Medicine and The Tibetan medical clinic.  They help control quality and ensure that only the best berries ever leave the fields.  This is yet another reason why Goji Berries are better than wolfberries.  The Tibetan Goji Berry is also quite a valuable plant, it was previously threatened with extinction, but because it is so valuable, assets from the Tibetan government have been poured into repopulating fields with these berries.

Using Goji Berries is quite simple.  You can add them as a topping to a warm meal, or in your bowl of cereal.  You can also eat the berries themselves, they are very tasty!

Here is another interesting fact for you!  Did you know that Goji Berries are the number one anti-oxidant food in the world?

Now these number are probably exaggerated, but they still give you the idea of what Goji Berries are capable of.  Li Qing Yuen lived 242 years (1678-1930), and he consumed Goji Berries every day.  The life of Li Qing Yuen is well documented and studied by many scientists to date, but we are ready to give you the secret right now… Goji Berries!  That’s right, Goji Berries!  They did it, they are responsible.  By increasing the amount of Human Growth Hormone, the berries were able to effectively slow down aging and help Li Qing Yuen live an extremely long time!

Ever wondered how much you should take?  It is therapeutically recommended to take about 1 handful of Goji Berries a day.  Don’t think you can manage that, it is okay, you can mix them with pretty much everything, or just buy some Goji Berry juice at your local healthy foods store.

Enjoy your Goji Berries!
