Goji Berries also referred to as Lycium Barbarum, gou qi zi, Fructus lycii and wolfberry, are berries which grow in China, Mongolia and Himalayas, Tibet. To make this juice, you will need 1 ounce of Goji Berries, and 2 cups of water. Optionally, you can also add 1 ounce of another type of berry for additional flavoring. First, soak the berries in the water for a few hours. Leave them overnight for best results! Next, blend the water and Goji Berries together and optionally mix in your own berries (or you can try apples, bananas, or mangos if you want to get creative)! Now you can’t be too selfish here, call a friend over and enjoy your serving of Goji Berry Juice! If you want something sweeter you can add Organic Agave Nectar as well. Is it too strong? You can add water to weaken the flavor! Or is it still not sweet enough? You can add sweetener just like you do to your morning coffee to this drink!
