So, everyone wants healthier kids, and we’re here to tell you how to make them healthier!

With Goji Berries, you can really make your kids healthier!  We are not here to tell you to force feed your kids berries, or even talk them into it, we are here to teach you how to make delicious meals including Goji Berries which will help keep your kids healthy!

Do your kids love smoothies, or popsicles?  Whichever they prefer, Goji Berries will add some extra flavor, without your kids complaining!

First, I am going to teach you how to make Goji Berry popsicles, they are absolutely delicious, and if you’re kids don’t like them, they’re crazy!

To make Goji Berry Popsicles, you’ll need 8 ounces of Goji Juice, 3 ounces of gelatin (or your favorite flavor Jell-O for extra flavor).  You can add 1 packet of Kool Aid for extra flavor as well.  Don’t forget 1 cup of granulated sugar, and 2 quarts of water.  To start, boil the water.  As it is boiling, drop in each of the mentioned ingredients.  Now, pour this into paper cups, and wait until the ingredients start to thicken.  Once they start to thicken, you can put them in the freezer.  Remove them later, and enjoy a delicious treat.  As I said earlier, if your kids don’t love these, they are CRAZY!
If the popsicles don’t seem good enough, you can always make smoothies!

Smoothies are also delicious, and they are also quite a bit easier to make than you would probably think.  We made smoothies in about 15 minutes, minus leaving berries on the counter overnight soaking in water, but we won’t even count that!

First of all, the night before, pull out some berries, and soak them.

Making a smoothie with Goji Berries is actually quite easy.  Once again, soak 1 cup of Goji berries with 1 cup of blueberries for at least one hour.  Now add 2 bananas, 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder and 2 cups of almond milk (or the water that you soaked the Goji Berries in if you prefer).  Next, with a powerful blender mix them up!  You should have 2 large servings of Goji Berry Smoothies, or 3 smaller ones!

These delicious treats won’t just have your kids eating health, it will also have them begging for more.  Your kids can also learn quite a lot too.  Your kids can learn how eating health can make their lives better, and be fun and tasty all at the same time!  How many other treats do you know that can pull that trick?

We shouldn’t need much more to convince you to take Goji Berries, but we’d just like to remind you of how great they are one last time!ss
